·  Design and installation of plan document

·  Calculation of employer contributions

·  Plan Recordkeeping and Compliance

·  Employee enrollment meetings

·  Trust asset reconciliation

·  Preparation and distribution of employee communication material

·  Calculation and communication of distributable   events (death / disability/retirement/ termination)

·  Preparation of annual reports

·  Review of Fiduciary Responsibilities of both Financial Advisor and Employer

·  Yearly Evaluation of plan assets to see where we can pass additional savings down to Employer and Employees

After a 30-60 minute individual meeting a Financial Profile and non-product specific Plan for Action is provided to each employee.  This uniquely beneficial employee service will highlight each area of financial priority for the employee and provide them with a reasonable plan of action.  Clients enjoy referring direct questions from employees to us for a phone discussion or arranged meeting.
