What is Secure Individual Planning? Through years of working with Finance/HR executives we recognized employers want to do more for their employees but have a limited budget and are busy. For these reasons SEP built a financial planning platform designed specifically to provide that something "extra" for the company employees. This "value-added benefit" includes Quarterly informational seminars and one-on-one meetings for each participating employee.
